11am – 12pm: Orientation for pre-registered Team Competition contestants

12pm: ART CARNIVAL

(Team competition begins.  And for everyone else…)

• Art-a-pult: load a cup of paint and hurl it at the community canvass with our catapult.
• Midway games: ring toss, water balloons, guessing games, fun and prizes galore!
• Found Music Studio: instruments made from found objects – make your own or jam on ours!
• Paint a door: we provide the door, the paint, the brushes, you provide the vision!
• Linoleum Block Prints: kids 12 to 120 can carve images in linoleum; we’ll help you print
• Kid’s creation station: fun projects for all ages, plus music and storytelling
• SponCon Contest: Pre-registered contestants work in teams or individually to create found-object sculptures for the evening’s awards and auction.
• Silent Auction Preview (Bid numbers included in price of admission to evening event.)

1pm: Silent Auction opens

5pm: Team competition and other events end

5 – 7pm: Dinner and festive entertainment Fashion show and dress auction to benefit
Judging of Team competition entrants

7pm – ?: Awards and Live auction (Ten selected pieces will receive their award and be auctioned live one at a time.  Remaining pieces will be placed in silent auction.)

8:30pm: Silent auction closes

8 – 10pm: Live Music with Broken Valley Road Show and others
